        Same day service. Told over phone hourly rate before service scheduled. Honorable company, stand behind their work 100%

        I agree with the last review. I've done business with this company a few times over the years... the most recent time was the last! They charged me over-time rates and didn't fix the problem. When I called to report the heat still wasn't working, they came out a second time and sent out an additional bill, but still didn't fix anything... I had to call someone else to finally fix the problem, but Air Control had no problem charging me. I couldn't believe it! Terrible!
