This dealership has got to be hands down one of the most disrespectful places on a management end I have ever stepped foot into.
I went to lees to Talk to somebody about having fleet work done on my business vehicles and I wasn't in their service department for more than 2 minutes and I watch employees being bashed on verbally and being told that they are useless and just an expendable employee at the end of it.
On the end of the employees, they seem great, very knowledgeable and smart.
But because of the management and what I witnessed as to how they treat their employees I hope they learn they employees are the face of your business, and that I will never bring my business ther

Very friendly staff, very attentive, answered almy questions. Very very personal. Especially Grace. Love that girl. Ok you too, Jimmy. My trailer is beautiful. I would recommend my friends and family!!! Happy camping!!!

Up front was very nice but salesman ran through the process before anything had been chosen. When my wife and I started to to talk price we were laughed at by the other sales personal who had been listening in on our whole conversation then grinned at us as we decided to leave after being told they were not willing to work on a price at all. Seemed like nice vehicles however my wife had never felt that uncomfortable in her life. I guess we will be taking our $25,000 usaa loan somewhere else

A real cluster,

Called for a quote for a hitch installation, I gave all pertinent information, was given a quote for $300.00. I told them I needed to check a couple more places and would get back to them. The quote they gave me was the lowest quote. I called back and was told to bring the vehicle in on Monday July 21st. When I arrived Gabe the service manager not in, we left the vehicle and as we drove away we received a phone call from Gabe. He stated that he had not ordered the part and there must have been some mis-communication. I told Gabe that it didn't make sense to schedule the appointment and not order the part. He said he would order the part and have it delivered express. On Tuesday July 22 we arrived to pick up the vehicle and the price was TWICE what was originally quoted. I would expect that if a job was going to cost twice what was quoted a phone call would be in order. A extremely negative experience in all respects. I would be very hesitant to do business with this company.

Great experience. Happy camper.

My fiancé and I bought our second family camper from lees and are so happy with our experience. The camper is great, the customer service during the sale was great, and afterwards they were so helpful. Lee himself was glad to help answer some questions that we had about towing and helped us be sure our hitch was properly installed. We have already enjoyed three weekends in our camper and cannot be happier :-)

About 12 weeks after buying an SUV for $11,500+the $1,400 warranty the tranny blew out. It's the customer service however that is APPALLING. I brought my truck in for a simple repair (it was stuck in park). It just happened again for the 3rd time in a year. The second time I had to pay a $100 deductible which I felt was wrong because they had supposedly just fixed it. The third time it was magically not covered by the 5 year warranty that I'm in the 3rd year of. I was handed a bill for almost $200. I am upset because they didn't let me know that it wasn't covered this time somehow. They lied about the price of the replacement part as well, more than doubling the actual cost on the invoice. Then they insulted me to boot in front of my family. I regret ever setting foot on Lee's "ranch". Also just to let everyone know it is illegal to begin a repair job in the state of CT without customer authorization which is what they did. John in the finance dept is still cool with me though. Unfortunately that doesn't change my disdain for the establishment. Oh also when I picked up the truck the day I bought it as part of the sale I asked for a full tank of gas and they only filled it up to half (red flag)! These are some profit-centric maniacs not there at all to take care of customers. I would highly recommend staying away from Lee's auto ranch and especially the repair dept. I've been treated better by drill sergeants. another point thats laughable - When I had the truck in the shop the second time the POS loaner they gave me had a trunk that would not open (grocery shopping was out) and then that actually broke down the next day. Just left Lee's and local waitress where I had dinner had complaints as well about her buying experience she was like "Thank God I didn't go through with it." My Facebook is blowin up with complaints similar to mine right now. Here is your review Lee. So much for me being full of BS huh buddy it looks like this "monkey" will never swing by again or any of my "monkey" friends. The owner actually had the audacity to call me a "monkey". Unbelievable absolutely unbelievable... No more "monkey" Business I guess. Do Not Go There! Amendment - After picking up the vehicle I discovered that my cruise control is no longer working. WOW! I need a newer vehical the was...

I need a newer vehical the was dependable and safe for my family. I have two little girls. Cars rides could get interesting. So i decided to trade in my suv to save gas and get a newer safer vehical. I knew some people that went to lees so I took a trip there. I now love my vehical. I have more room and seating. I even have a dvd player in back. It keeps the kids and husband quiet during trips even to the big y. The people there were great. I would recomend everyone to go to lees. Thank you

This place is a hack!!!!!!!!!!...

This place is a hack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible quality of workmanship and customer service. If you need your vehicle worked on do NOT bring it here! Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way and it cost me a lot of time and money.
