The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I also liked the fact that I was helping to support A LOCAL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! Personally being a 3rd generation San Diegan, I'm a big advocate of helping out these types of businesses. Complete Car Care has earned themselves a new customer for life!

My family has been getting their cars serviced at Complete Car Care for many years. Their customer service is just fantastic. Their Smog checks and regular services are a good deal. I had my toyota truck engine rebuild by them five years ago and it still drives like a charm. I like to give them my business not only because they do a great job but also because its a family business and they treat me like family.

I went into the shop with a 2007 Toyota sienna and my emissions failed because of the air box. Jiffy Lube did not take responsibility for the mistake they had made with my air box. Andy went out of his way to look up the part on EBay and got me a good price saving me almost $800 plus offered to install it for free.

I bring my daughters and my wife to this shop and wouldn’t have it any other way. I recommend them to everybody I am close with because of their honest work.

Samantha provided customer service not often encountered today. She made sure an internet coupon was honored. Service was prompt. Thank you. I will be back.

I've been coming here for several years and have always been pleased with the service I receive. They are honest and fair and I trust their opinion. Today I had an oil change that took less than a 1/2 hour. I was thrilled since they are usually extremely busy on Saturdays. Evan was very helpful and friendly. I will continue to go back for years to come.

I came to Complete Care when my car broke down on Highway 5, going South. These guys were very professional and took care of my repairs right away. Everything was explained to me and they charged me 25% less than my dealer would. It was a good assurance that I was taken care of since I was on vacation with my family from San Francisco- thank you to all the staff at Complete Car Care.
