Etna Towing

Zero stars is too good for this company. My son’s car was towed to this Etna place. When my husband & son went to pickup the car they told them they had lost my son’s keys. They made another junk key for my son instead of a manufacturer key that they lost. My son had issues with the key as soon as he left and had to drive a friends car to work for several days. My son asked Etna for another key and explained the issue with the one they had made. My son said they refused to do anything else. Larry from Etna screamed at me today after calling about the situation 11/10/21 (the mother) when I called to tell them we want a manufacturers key made instead of the cheap key that has now caused issues with my sons car. Larry continued to scream at me after he first angerly said he’d see what he could do. I told him we’d take this to small claims court if he doesn’t replace the key they lost. He said go ahead and take me to small claims court. PLEASE DO NOT EVER use this company. We seriously believe they’re shady and possibly still have my son’s manufacturer key. But refuse to hand it over. Maybe they are thinking of stealing his car was our first thought. We’ll be taking this screaming mad man Larry to small claims court.
