        Rude and unprofessional

        Extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. The work the did was hasty, overpriced and did more harm than good. He would not take responsibility for the damage he did, and would not even refund the service fee. I do not recommend this company.

        Do not use this company. I was told the cost was $60, then was charged $80. He did nothing to repair or as far as I could tell diagnose the problem. He was rude and condescending.

        The ripped us off

        They told us on the phone that to come out was 20 to 40 dollars after we paid them 80.00 to look at it they told us that the washing machine was broken and their was nothing they could do about it....they gave us 20.00 back. Then they told us the receptionist was new and was going to get fired for telling us it would be 20.00 and when we called back the receptionist said she had worked there for twenty years and was stressed out the day before....very unprofessional and I would say they were scam artists
