To sum up my experience I would have to say that Simon is a very crooked man. I was lied to on the ETA of my car being finished many times, by Simon himself. His staff would tell me one thing and the Simon would say another, but Simon was always wrong in the end. The 1 month ETA turned into 3 1/2 months. When I finally received my car back the engine and interior where covered in dust from the sanding of the body, I guess they forgot to clean it. They paint is full of dings and swirl marks from the paint being buffed out. A few screws where striped out on the body and my window tint was not replaced. I went down the next day to find out what happened. Simaon blamed it all on his staff. When I asked him about the paint the swirls in the paint he said and I quote "it's a new kind of wax they were using and the swirls would fade in a few days". Really I'm not that stupid he then told me I should appreciate the wax and that it was a premium service that not all customers get. That is a lie all body shops wax a car after it is painted. When I told him they forgot to replace the tint that said they would replace it that day. They tried to put 35% tint in my window even though the rest were 15%. The difference between the two is obvious that one is way darker than the other. They said they called every place in town nobody carried 15%. I then went to my and pulled my mini phone book out of the glove box. They fist place I called had 15% and so did the next three places. So I took my car to a tinting place in town and they replaced the window tint. Then I returned my car to Simon who said he would wax the paint again knowing that I wasn't falling for the story he gave me about the new wax. The next day I picked it up and it was better but I spent the rest of the day pulling dried wax out if the seems of the body and it still has swirl marks to this day. I would take it back again but why waste my time. Another thing is I had to paint the black plate below my windshield wiper with a bumper black paint due to the over spray of paint on it from the body. I would never recommend Simon's Top Quality Auto body to anyone, he is a only there to take your money, be rude to his customers and blame all the mistakes on others.
