B & B Wrecker Service

I have dealt with this company twice now, the first time was because I got into a wreck which was not my fault and they towed it here. The second (now) my car stopped suddenly on 183 I was gone from it for less than 2 hours and the city had it towed here. I will note I had my own tow company on the way and the police office told him to keep going! These people have been rude from the start in just trying to get a price on how much it would be to get my car out from them. Any questions I ask they respon rudely I just got this car less than a week ago and have been unable to get insurance on it. So the lady up front said “well you id say you need to call insurance company’s and get insurance now” was very rude how she said it. If you have any other option other than going here DO IT!!!!!!!!! This place absolutely sucks and they are beyond rude! I will note as well I am pregnant and they have a restroom that says ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS NOT EMPLOYEES! These people are insanely rude and will not deal with them EVER AGAIN

first quote $110-120 to go less than a quarter mile. second quote $80...reasonable. Douglas arrived it was $69! all 3 quotes from the same company! Thank you Douglas!

My boyfriends an IDIOT! And slammed our car into a pole! I was furious, and when I called and explained the situation the girl made me feel so much better, she was hilarious. I hung up the phone laughing when I called crying. The driver came in no time, and within minutes hed pulled the car on his truck and gave us a ride home. If it wernt for this company, my boyfriend may have lost his life that night and i might be in jail... Theyre more than just a 'tow' company, they were my xanax on a rough night.

Great service!! Driver was great very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this towing service to all my family and friends. Stranded in the middle of nowhere not sure where I was the dispatcher had lots of patients with me and figured out where I was. Wonderful people!!!!

Call this company! They have been in business FOREVER! You can tell they have pride in their service from the knowledgeable customer service staff to their clean wreckers with professional uniformed drivers.

My sons car broke down in downtown Dallas. He used his GPS on his iphone to give his location. Well it was wrong. But they drove and drove looking,and calling Me.

Then my son stopped answering his phone. B and B suggested I call Dallas Police,

And I did.

They wated so patently. Stayed on the phone with me. Till finally he was located. Asleep In the car. Ugh.

Driver Even waited at the drop off location til I arrived to pick him up.

Then asked me not to wring his neck to bad. Haha . What started at 11 pm ended at 2AM.

These are good people.

Some of the Tri Delta staff had gone to market in Dallas and noticed a flat on the company car (SUV). We called B&B to come assist with changing the flat. They were prompt, professional, curtious and very affordable. Thank you B&B for your assistance! It is great to know that there are companies like yours that are there and will not take advantage of individuals but assist them in a prompt effecient manner.
