They do mediocre work at best, often requiring multiple trips through the body shop to get the job completed. Attention to detail is low. If you have several areas with damage or scratches needing repair, chances are that they will miss at least one of them. Calling and asking them to double check does not help - they still miss things... If your time is important to you and you do not want to make multiple trips just for the sake of inspecting and rejecting the work then you should probably look for another shop.Their staff is somewhat rude and unprofessional. They didn't even bother to call me when my car was ready this last time... After years of doing business with them, I'll never go back...

The car detailing experience could not be any worse.I bought a car from brien a year ago and against everyones advise to use a professional detail shop I thought i would give the dealership a try . my car is terrible and now I have to pay someone else to fix it.

way over priced . terrible service.didnt finish my car ontime.I could go on and on .
