Phillip Gross is about as much use in a courtroom as an ashtray on a bicycle. He was designated GAL, and it quickly became apparent that he thought he was a therapist instead of a lawyer. He really has little clue about the definition of best interests of a child and who he became certified for this role is a total mystery. He sums up everything that is wrong with Family Law in the United States.

I represent the injured in motor vehicle accidents, including negligence and wrongful death claims. I treat this work very seriously with the goal of seeing the client, as medically recovered as is possible and compensated as completely as possible for his or her damages suffered. Since the 1990s I have been a designated panel member on the Virginia Supreme Court's Medical Malpractice review panels. I seek to allow my clients to be made as whole as possible through settlement or trial.
