PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSIN...

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I just came from there and they ripped me off pretty good. Let me explain... I went there with a $5 off coupon printed from their website with my wives car. A Tech met me in the waiting room and I told him I wanted an oil change and had the coupon. He said that the coupon would take $5 off the price of $29.95 and asked if I would like them to look at anything else...I said no, just the oil change.

After it was done, he came into the waiting room, told me it was all set and went to back 'office'. I followed and watched through the opening as he was on the computer. After he was done, he told me I owed him $67.95. I was in total disbelieve and asked him why it was so much. He told me that according to the computer, that car had synthetic oil the last time it was brought in.

I asked him why he put synthetic oil in without asking me first and he said that it was policy to put in what was last done. I told him we talked about the $29.95 oil change and he should have asked if I wanted synthetic first. He just reiterated what he said previously and offered to take the oil out of the car. Can you believe this? What a crock. I told him to forget about it and paid the bill.

As I was walking to the car, I told him that they should put a different sticker on the car to differentiate between synthetic or regular oil...as I looked at the sticker, knew it was time for a change and never knew it had synthetic in it. He then told me that I just reminded him that he made a 'mistake' on new the sticker...only adding 3k miles for the next oil change. I found this peculiar and asked him if he really did put synthetic in...he said he did. It then occurred to me that he NEVER left the garage while I was waiting...

I told him that he never came in to look at the computer so how did he know it had synthetic in it last time...no answer. I then asked him to prove to me that the car had synthetic oil in it and he said he couldn't. I asked why he would talk to me about the regular oil change earlier and then put in synthetic without asking me first. He then told me that I TOLD HIM to put synthetic in. Of course I denied that and he changed his story and said that SOMEONE in the garage must have told him. I knew he was lying and was enraged to say the least!

He then quickly went into the garage and talked to, who I believe is the manager. After several minutes, the manager called me into the garage and said that HE told him to put synthetic in because he saw me there before...what BS because my wife supposedly had the synthetic put in the last time, not me.

Anyway, the manager never offered to give me a refund or a free oil change...he just kept telling me that he told his tech to do it and was sorry for the confusion. Are you kidding me? You admit that something was done that shouldn't have and you don't go out of your way to right a wrong? What kind of business are they running over there?

Look, this is what REALLY happened: The guy put regular oil in my car like we discussed originally. He came in to do up the bill and noticed that the car had synthetic in the last time (my wife apparently paid for that), and decided that this was a perfect opportunity to steal money from me...twice the original price BTW.

There is NO DOUBT in my mind that the car has regular oil in it and I was charged double for synthetic. Now I wonder if they ripped my wife off too...and many more people as well. I will go down the street to Jiffy Lube from now on. Hopefully they are more honest than All-Pro.

Again PLEASE do not go there...and after reading this and some of these other reviews here, you should clearly understand why.

Had a pretty bad experience with All Pro Quick Oil Change – next to Jake’s on Alden Rd. in Fairhaven. It seemed simple enough at the time. I went in for an oil change in the process; they removed my beach sticker and replaced it with their oil change reminder. Seems like a simple mistake right? Well instead of taking care of it – they denied that they did it and refused to make things right. Now I’m out $30.00 – which was more than the oil changed cost. The owner said his employees would never do such a thing – so yeah I must be lying – like I have nothing better to do right? Very poor customer service – manger was very dismissive and basically tried to blow me off. I believe he said – “I thought I had heard them all.” and laughed. Anyways I suggest you go elsewhere to do business. The true test of a business is not how they treat their customers when everything goes right, but what they do when things go wrong. These guys avoided me, denied and refused to take responsibility for their actions. The owner wouldn’t talk to me in person – he left a message on my phone.

The thing is, I have been going there since 2006 – you would think they would treat their customers better.!

Terrible Service - I agree they are Dishonest

Had the oil changed on my Toyota Camry. In the same week the engine oil light came on - brought it to a local garage to have this checked. The oil filter had never been tightened, and worst - the mechanic said the oil appeared dark brown in color - as if it had never been changed!!! I was furious! I will never go back there again. I spoke with Todd who denied that they would ever do such a thing - and to bring the car in to have it checked! No way! I think i was lucky my engine survived this potential disaster!!

Terrible Choice for Oil Change, Tire Rotation!

All Pro Oil Change in Fairhaven is not a good place to get a oil change! I brought in my honda for an oil change a few weeks ago. Well, turned out my oil filter had been leaking - this was caught by a honda technician when i brought the car in for a timing belt. Oh - it gets better! When they rotated my Hondas brand new wheels - there was damage to two wheels from the impact wrench used to remove the wheels. All Pro Management flat out denied the damage - and refused to replace the two damaged wheels. The tech's working here are kids who do not respect your car, and try to sell you more than you need at every visit. Stay Away!!

Cheap oil change cost me $$$$

Recently had my oil changed at All Pro Quick Oil Change, two days later, the car started to sputter, and saw white smoke from the exhaust and from under the car hood. Upon further inspection, there was oil all over the engine and spark plugs. The car was brought to a mechanic, and we were advised that the oil was overfilled by 2 quarts, therefore the coil pack had to be replaced, along with the spark plugs. After a compression check all 4 of the valves have low compression. I went in for a cheap oil change and ended up spending over $580.00 in repairs.

I have been with company for 5yrs. no-one has ever brought this to my attention. I have a really good customer base and an outstanding crew who go out of there way to please everyone. atleast 3-4 thank-you cards a week come through mail from my customers.I would love to see your invoice from the other facility to see what work was performed. for 580.00 i know this surely would not cover a valve job seeing how you must pull the cylinder head off. but please by all means come talk to me. I value every customer and try my hardest on a daily basis to please each and everyone.
