Bayside Taxi

Been using Bayside for over 6 months now. Great local company with polite and professional drives. Small company and at times may take a little while to get picked up but if they tell you they will get you they always show up as soon as they can. I've set many schedules with them for important events and they are always on time(in most cases even a few minutes early) This ain't New york, and they are not yellow cab, but if you need a ride on the eastern shore no one is better than bayside taxi.

Have used this service more than a few times and have always been treated with respect.Have had several diffrent drivers and all were clean cut and polite.Will continue to use them when neede and keep up the good work.

called and was told it would be 20mins for a taxi to take me and my wife to the Arts center from The Key West Inn after 30 plus minutes, i called and was told it would b another 20mins due to a driver not coming in after another 30mins I decided to just drive i called and before I even told the person i was canceling, he started being rude and abusive. he said "i told you it would be 20mins and i still dont have a driver so it will be another 20mins." I asked him if he realized it had been 30mins and i had been waiting over a hour. He told me there was nothing he could do and i would have to wait. Told him just to cancel. He then yelled fine, whatever and hung up on me. I will walk before i use this taxi service. i was only trying to have an evening out when my wife and I could have a few drinks. This caused me to be late for my 20 year reunion. Someone should start a good taxi service in Fairhope.
