Princess Treatment

My fiance and I stopped by David Gregory for a last minute birthday card and overheard David talking with a bride-to-be about invitations. We decided to stay and see what they had to offer. We are paying for our wedding ourselves and don't have a large budget but David took the time to show us options the same as he had with the previous bride. Not having much money, we knew our options would be limited and actually expected to be treated differently than the bride who obviously had a larger budget. That wasn't true at all. David spent the next hour showing us many different options and giving us the royal treatment. We were able to finalize our choice the following week and are very pleased with the results. Thanks for taking some of the stress out of the decision making process. Highly recommended!

I went to David Gregory a few weeks ago to get my wedding invitations ordered and was told I would receive a quote later that day via email. After a few emails on my part, I finally got my first quote after 10 days of waiting and it was riddled with errors. This after I had made an appointment and come in and spent time going over all the details. I sent several emails asking them to contact me so we could get the changes made & get the product ordered...and received absolutely no response. I also tried calling the store numerous times over several days but not once did anyone answer the phone...I only got their voicemail and a message that their mailbox was full preventing me from being able to leave a message. I finally had to drive down there to try & get things resolved but was told Greg was off at a bridal show and no one else their was capable of helping me. I find it ironic they were out trying to drum up more business when they can't seem to keep up with the business they already had. I understand things get busy and hectic...but when customers call or email the least they could do is acknowledge them and let them know they are working to resolve things. I can only hope that he rest of the brides they are working with receive the attention and respect they deserve. I decided to take my business elsewhere.



Bottom line: I wouldn't send my worst enemy to get their invitations from these guys. Weddings are stressful enough without working with incompetent vendors.
