Screen Machine

I called and made an appointment to have some screens repaired and some new ones made. I explaned that I needed new screens for my second story double hung windows. When the gentleman arrived the first thing he did was to put a rip in my two screens that needed repair. He next told me that he did no ladder work and since the windows needing new screens did not open from the top he would not do the job! I am now left with screens with large rips in them and waiting another week to find a dependable person to do the job!
