I bought a flywheel/clutch combination for out Mini Cooper from Ultrarev. They had the item listed incorrectly and it was not the right part for my car. We did not find this out until we had the car completely torn apart, which was a huge inconvenience within itself. Once I contacted them they apologized for their mistake and let me know I would be getting my money back once they received the item back. About three MONTHS passed before I received a refund, which was not a full refund. At the end of the day they made money off of me for a part they listed incorrectly. I was ok paying for the shipping out to me, and the shipping of the part back to them. I was not ok with them not giving me a full refund on the actual purchase price of the part. It is unfortunate about their customer service because they do list quite a few parts I would've liked to buy. But ultimately they do not stock anything and only act as the middle man for companies. I will not be purchasing any parts from them in the future and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Ultrarev has AWESOME customer service, great prices on their products and super fast shipping. I am an active customer and plan to order from them next time I need additional performance parts for my Honda. I HIGHLY recommend Ultrarev to everyone who is reading this post!
