I went in on 4/12 to mail my return. I walked up to the counter and specifically asked for the envelopes to be cancelled that day. The clerk told me "No problem". Now the IRS denied my refund since the clerk didn't put a postmark on the envelope as I requested, and it was delivered the day after it was due. Now I'm out $3500 because a postal employee couldn't be bothered to do his job. When I confronted the supervisor at the location, she accused me of lying to her. I will never go back to this location.

Don't bother trying to call. Nobody ever answers the phone.

I do wish there was an option for zero stars. For the 2nd time in as many months I am trying to reach the FH post office to find a package that was allegedly delivered, but not. I don't know if the FH post office off day carrier just rips stuff off, or is so careless he/she doesn't care in
whose mailbox packages and notices are left. The last time I never even heard back about my formal complaint, today, they don't pick up the phone long after they supposedly opened.

Their phone service is totally useless. Keep getting thrown around from one mail box to another as I have been trying to schedule an appointment to re-new my passport.

Horrible customer service via telephone....nobody ever answers and it just rings and rings and rings.
