If I could rate them with a 0 then I most definitely would. This was absolutely the worst customer service II have EVER experienced! The salesman was rude and incompetent! He does not have the knowledge of the Ford inventory. We purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat and were told it had several additional features that we found after the fact that it does not. No heated rear seat, no side mirror defogger just to name a couple. We went to a different delearship after we purchased to buy some accessories and a salesman at the LaGrange delearship showed us features on the truck we purchased that were completely overlooked by the salesman we purchased from in Fayetteville. Our salesman was in such a rush just to make a sale that he mislead what features were actually on the vehicle and failed to completely demonstrate the features it does have. In addition, we were promised a bed cover and 3+ months later we have not received the bed cover. Any calls and messages to the delearship or our salesman have not been returned. They gave us a document called a "We Owe" as a promise to deliver a bed cover. This "We Owe" has proven to be worthless! This review could go on and on stating the many failed promises and failure to follow through. I would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a vehicle DO NOT buy from Alan Vigil in Fayetteville, GA. One last comment... after test driving and feeling forced to make a decision on the purchase at their closing hour, we decided to sleep on it. After telling the salesman several times that we were not going to make a quick purchase that we needed to step away and think about it he got up from his desk, grabbed his jacket and left without so much as a thank you, look forward to seeing you tomorrow or ANYTHING! He simply was disgusted that we would not buy that night that he just left. NEVER EVER again will we buy a vehicle from this delearship!

These other reviews must come from the managers because they are the worst, me and my grandpa went up their twice once to find him a good used car and the second to buy to test drive and buy the car cash in hand. Both times no one would help us and we went inside to get help and the first time no body was even in sight and the second time the guy was rude and very unhelpful. I would recommend anyone to just drive up the road to union city where they actual know how to be helpful. I hope they read this too so that they know they missed out on 18,000$ cash

Poor customer service and lack of communication. I had my car repaired at Allan Vigil Ford Collision Center in Morrow, GA after my accident. Afterwards, I had a situation where I needed someone from the body shop to call an insurance company to verify the dates that they had my car. I called several times and left several messages. No one called my back. I spoke with Lennie Bishop, the manager of the body shop, and explained my situation. He said he would get back with me but never did. Finally, I had to contact the general manager of the dealership just to get my situation resolved and even he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Something that should have taken less than 5 minutes, took over a month to be resolved.



I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Pleasure, outstanding, delightful, commendable, wonderful and just right are a few words I can use to describe Allan Vigil. The entire process everyone was so accommodating and pleasant. We had an excellent time and i was under the impression the staff was very sincere about making us feel welcomed.

Being the owner of your own business means you work long hours. Sometimes you don't have much time to yourself and would like to get things done but can't due to other places hours. I have been wanting to get a new truck for a while now but I can't ever seem to get to the dealers before they close. I called Allan Vigil and told them my issue. They said if I would like they could start all the paperwork and all I would have to do is come down pick out the one I wanted and sign. I then told them I wouldn't be able to get there until about 10pm. They waited for me and we got it done in about 30min. I blown away with the service they provided me and wouldn't of changed a thing.

Allan Vigil Ford has the best service and quick lube around. They get me in right away and have me out of there in a timely manner. I never have to worry about something getting lost or stolen and if it needs it they will give it a quick wash. The prices are are very reasonable and you'll get great service.

Allan vigil ford gave me a great deal on a new F-150. The truck is so nice and drives like a dream. Everyone were so nice and friendly, also I went to meet a service writer just in case I have any issues. I have everyone at Allan Vigil Ford to thank for all of it.

Allan Vigil has the best salesmen around. When I went there I was just looking and they were a big help. I was able to look at a car and they could tell me mostly everything about it. From all the safety features and the engine displacement, to the comparable competition. I really enjoyed getting my car here and they made the decision very easy.

Coming to a car dealer is a burden but I didn’t feel like that at Allan Vigil Ford. They were very nice and accommodating. They had a great selection for cars, new or used. I really got a great car at Allan Vigil and have had no issues.

Allan Vigil has the best selection of used cars. I was able to find almost every car I wanted to check out at one place, this saved me a lot of time. I was able to find a car I liked and they were very negotiable on the price and also gave me a few extras for free. Im very happy I went here first.

When arriving at Allan Vigil I was greeted with smiles and kindness. The salesperson that helped me was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, which made my purchase that much easier. He was able to show me all of the features, and how to use them. Everything about my visit to Allan Vigil was pleasant and enjoyable.

I have been looking for a good deal on a new sedan and came up with nothing. I looked at a few dealers and I felt like I was going to be scammed, so my took my search to online sites and private parties. Still nothing! A friend told me she got a great deal on a new car with great rebates and a great rate. I asked here where and she told me Allan Vigil. I wasn’t too convinced I had already went down that path. She assured me that Allan Vigil was different, and she searched before finding them. I went down there and she was right. There a great bunch and took great care of me.

Allan Vigil in Fayetteville has the best staff around. When I arrived I wasn’t attacked by salesmen. There was one individual who walked up to us and made sure we were heading in the direction we wanted, then he assured if we need any help to let him know. We were able to walk around without someone right there and that is a relief. When it was time to test drive and talk numbers it was a hassle free environment. The staff there is so friendly and nice. I recommend them to everyone.

Came to get some service on an older vehicle long story short too much needed to be done. Ended up with a brand new vehicle. Thanks so much for all your time, it was a great LONG day in and out of every vehicle. Thanks for your time. Happy guest of Allan Vigil

I wasn’t sure on where to get my new car and a friend recommended Allan Vigil. I stopped in and looked around. The new Focus really caught my eye and I took it for a drive. Almost instantly I knew I loved it. it drove so smooth and handled really well. I was already expecting the typical long drawn out process of all the paper work, to my surprise it was very easy and all said and done I was out of there in about an hour and half. Thanks for the great recommendation.

Allan Vigil may not be the biggest dealership in the US or even this state, but they make up for their size in service. The service dept has got to be some of the best and hardest working people in the state. They got me in and out of there with the confidence it was done correctly. Nobody enjoyes there car being in the shop but at least here and Allan Vigil they try to make it and easier. Thx.

Allan Vigil in Fayetteville has the best staff and service around. I bought my vehicle from them over 4 months ago and still receive courtesy calls. I must say that I haven’t been so impressed with a dealership. ( hints why I am taking the time to write this.) They have the understanding that a customer wants to buy but doesn’t know how to go about it. I will recommend them to all family and friends!

I don’t get a new car every year or have 3 or 4 cars that I got from this dealer. Im just a small town guy that needed a new truck. When I arrived at Allen Vigil you would think that the owner showed up. They were so nice and accommodating. Im someone that they had never seen before, and they were treating me with all the respect I could ask for. My time here was well worth it.

I have owned Lincoln cars for a very long time. I have always been done right by them but not always the dealership I got them from. My most recent purchase was a MKX from Allen Vigil. At first I had my guard up because of the history I have had but very soon after speaking with the staff I was at ease. The staff here is so pleasant and make sure you are completely assured of what is going on and what all the paperwork means. Im very satisfied with Allen Vigils staff.
