Ravin Homes

We have been living in a Ravin home located at Cedarcroft in Peachtree City, GA for a couple of years. There are many little things that have happened in the house that make me question the quality. The way they ran the water to the refrigerator is unbelievable. They installed an AC heat pump that is insufficient to cool the entire house.



My neighbors sure seemed quick to complain also. I am not an expert in construction of homes but the newer homes are being built very close together and the grade between looks very questionable to me. I don't see how there can be good drainage.
