Shetler Well Drilling

First I'd like to say that the lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I explained what my well was doing (sounds included) she told me it was the well check valve. The other company I spoke with just said they would have to come out (charge of $85.00)

just to tell me what they "thought" it was. I have an appointment Monday to have the well repairs completed. I was given a price with a worst case scenario that was comfortable.

I know this company has not completed the work yet, but feel there will be no problem.

Will follow up with a review if needed.

I called when my well went out, and receive the help I needed to trouble-shoot over the phone. They were absolutely correct in their assessment of the situation and I was able to hire an electrician to fix it. They had nothing to gain in helping me, but did so anyway. I would recommend using this company without any hesitation!!

It was Christmas day 2009 when all of a sudden our well decided that it wanted to pump dirty muddy water into our home. I called several local companies and was shocked by the unprofessional manner and the prices that I was given without even a visit to our home. I called Shetler Well Services and they were very helpful. In fact, they even tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone before even coming out to my home. They came out promptly the next day and started fixing the problem. It turned out that the person who installed the pump prior to them had installed it with less than adequate parts. For them this was an easy fix and the cost of the repair was far less than having a new well drilled like the other companies had suggested the problem was without even looking at the well. Shetler Well Services have been in business since 1931 and the reason for that is...they are HONEST, HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!

If ever there is a time that you have any well issues, this company should be your only call.
