This was my go to mechanic for years, but they’ve changed. Last time I was in I was charged over $125 for ac service. My car was given back to me with a blower motor that was no longer working correctly. When I took the car back in, they would not even take the time to look at it. I am disappointed, as I was considered that they had outstanding service, but I’ll be looking for a new mechanic.

I have been going to them for six years. I have gone there for all of my maintenance needs. Including oil changes, brakes, inspections, flushes and even tires. They are always fast and affordable. My car is nine years old now and last year my engine started making this terrible noise when I would start my car. I feared the worst! These guys took great care of me then too. I was in and out and haven't had a problem since. I feel so lucky to have found this place. They make it easy to take care of my car and it's so nice to know that I have someone that I trust when something goes wrong. Nothing but great things to say about this shop!!

Had vehicle in for engine problems, they noticed the front end needed repairs and replaced defective parts. No issue there, but they never considered a front end alignment. I was not billed for an alignment. Result is that the front end was completely out of align and destroyed two $250.00 tires on the front end in less than a few hundred miles. When I called in all I got was lame excuses on why they did not recommend or advise me that they did not align the front end after replacing two control arms. I would give them a 1/2 star if I could. Be careful or go to another repair shop. Nice guys but they need to be a lot more through. The person that recommended them is going to get an earful.

I wen to another mechanic. They told me that I'll have to pay about 800 for a repair. These guys told me the truth and it was a fraction of 800.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They flat our refused to honor a warranty on parts and labor. There was no statement that warranty does not transfer from one owner to the next. Nowhere was it printed on the receipt and nobody provided documentation to prove this is policy. They saw a BS way to get out of repairing shoddy work and they took it.

Great service! Fair price! All American Automotive is tops! They always have time to explain problems, don't pad their bills, and their work is great! Definitely worth taking your car to!
