        Great Staff

        My husband & I stayed @ the DoubleTree Hotel for New Year's Eve and had an awesome time. The staff is great but I was especially impressed by Kevin & Eileen. Not only did they answer all of my questions via phone but when I arrived they acknowledged me as if we were long time friends. They ensured that the hotel booking was to my satisfaction and that I had everything I needed. All customer service should be as great as theirs
