For over 4 years Hinson Automotive is the only mechanic in Fay.,NC to service my vehicle. It all started with need of a set of tires that no other in Fay.,NC could match their price. From then on Hinson Automotive and Staff have serviced my vehicle and my friends (females & military mostly). For females it is hard to trust a mechanic that they are trying to take advantage of making money for something that's not broke. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Fast friendly service, one of the most honest places I have ever been. I had my vehicle in for a diagnostic that no one else in town could figure out and they had it for maybe an hour and had it fixed. The cost of the repair was less that $50.00 and had me back on the road in no time. I would just like to say thanks to hinson Automotive for their great work they did for me.

Took my car here after the AC was leaking water onto the floor of the passenger side. The manager, Mike was very reasonable and only charged me $39 for a diagnostic. Within about 45 minutes he was able to not only diagnose the problem but actually fix it! I was very pleased with their service here. A lot of other shops would have tried to sell you something or charge you more. This place was very honest and transparent about what they are doing the whole time. I can tell they really try to take care of the customers here. Several times they invited me over to the car or see what they were doing. That is definitely a good sign when it comes to mechanic shops. I would definitely return here in a heart beat if I needed anything else done.
