Don't waste your time. I decided to go here on the recommendation of a friend. Rob assured he could could finish the repair in a day,(dropped it off Thursday morning, finished by Friday afternoon) which is why we chose to go with him. Anyway, Friday evening rolls around with no contact. Still couldn't get ahold of him so I stopped by the shop on Saturday. The reason he hadn't contacted me back was because he lost my car keys in that trash heap he calls a garage and was unable to take the car off the lift until he had a duplicate key made. Several hours later, we finish our business and make arrangements to stop in again for a check up of the part and to have a duplicate key fob made. Can't get this guy on the phone for almost 2 weeks and when I do, he acts as if I'm bugging him for a service he promised. We agree to meet at 9 in the morning to have the key fob made. Not only does he show up late, but by noon, neither the key fob or his check up is complete. Again, avoid this place at all costs. And to add insult to injury, either him or one of his shady employees stole a TOMTOM from our vehicle that was locked in the glove compartment.
