I try to do as much of my own work as possible. When there is something I can't do, I take my Jeep to these guys. Today they removed a seized tie rod end link for me for FREE!!! I expected to leave it there, but they took care of me on the spot. Great job guys!

They just lost 3 customers, we were told they put a new part on veh. when in fact it was a yr. older and hard over 100,000 miles on it, plus owner told us there is a 3 yr. guarantee on it, it cost over 3,000!! and only 1 yr. guarantee and the used part they put on is worse than the original part, very unhappy. We used to be loyal customers but not anymore after they screwed us over.

This place is amazing! Very clean, high end shop with cleanest shop ever seen. Shop waiting room like 5 star hotel kurig coffee, granite counter tops. Clean restroom. Fixed many cars for me and family for years. It's done right and best price every time. It's funny review by idiot in jeep sounds upset his jeep needed repairs in mi roads! They have him an estimate and he is the one upset? Really? Wow an honest shop looking over cars got free! You will not be disappointed!

I called this place and got a quote for exhaust and upper ball joint on my jeep. Started off good and got a nice quote. The man i talked to said 280.00 estimate over the phone for "complete exhaust and upper ball joint.". So driving there with a very bad ball joint (ready to snap), I get there at 12pm and checked in. Doubled checked about the estimate price and they again said "yes, around there and that they will get back with me before anywork is done.". So at 6:30pm i get a call from them saying that "We looked at your jeep and it needs 2 upper ball joints and exhaust is very bad and that they need $900.00." So my opinion on this place is. ITS. A. RIP. OFF. They knew my vehicle wasnt driveable and tried to take advantage of it. NO THANKS. I would not deal with this place at all.

Wow was very impressed, as a woman I was a little nervous to get my car repaired. I received two other estimates, and Muffler and Go was first and the other places were mush higher. They gave me a retail car at no charge, and this place was so clean, I could eat off their floors. I was so happy I went there. It was fixed fast, and right, my car runs so good now. Women, take your car here, honest great location for kids, great area, and safe. As a woman they showed me everything, from broken part to the repair. Honest, clean, safe, was so impressed.

My family and I have been taking cars there for ten years! They are always busy that's shows that they have great service! Honest and fair! I know at least ten people that go there! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Took my car in for estimate on exhaust leak repair. Second estimate from nearby shop was $180 cheaper.

I made an appointment for an oil change and the mehanic said they would have my car in and out in 25-30 min. I ended up waiting an hour until they got my car in and another hour for them to ACTUALLY change my oil. I have been here before but they obviously are not true to their word. This is ridiculous and in terms of customer satisfaction and speed of service very poor.

I truly trust Chris from Muffler and Go. He is honest and fair. I never worry about being mislead regarding the issues with my car. He has bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction with his company.
