Wales in looking to see what is new in the world of RVs, loved what we saw and now own a new coach with great trade in on our 17 model year old coach. They went the extra diastance to ensure the new coach would fit into our existing MH garage. The store is dog friendly. Since we were not yet ready to to our dingy with this rig, they allowed us to park our van in their lot for the weekend! They fixed all immediately noticed flaws in the coach and after the weekend, when we brought back a list of flaws to fix, we were scheduled an appointment to address those issues.

This was our first experience buying a RV. We had stopped at another Poulsbo RV dealership and found the experience to be bad. The salesman was not very helpful in showing us any RV's and complained about all the walking he was having to do in following us around to show us the RV we wanted to see. We went to Poulsbo RV of Fife and the experience was totally different. The salesman was very patient and talked with us to find our interests and than showed us RV's that would hopefully meet our needs. The whole staff was helpful and friendly. We found our experience to be a good one and would recommend anyone looking for a RV to stop by.

We've been looking for a trailer for two years. We waited and went to the rv show in Seattle. They didn't have the length we were looking for there however Daniel looked on line and found a great deal at an actual store. Dan reimbursed us for our tickets into the rv show and we ended up purchasing the trailer we were looking at. It was a great price. The buying process was pretty painless. We weren't sure we were going to be able to back the trailer up our driveway with the degree of slope and the back end dragging. Poulsbo rv brought the trailer to our house, an hour away, to make sure it fit. That was pretty cool. We scheduled the delivery and walk through and all went smoothly. Aaron and tony did a great job with the walk through and made sure we felt confident with the trailer and system. We even had a question when we got home after hours and the salesman had given us his cell number and he actually answered his phone on a Saturday night and walked us through the question. We would completely purchase again through poulsbo rv

From the time I walked onto the lot and I was meet by Cindy. It was an excellent experience. I came to see a specific model selected from their web page. We surveyed the trailer. And I decided to buy it if they could meet some special needs.

They agreed to move my traveler dish HIDEF antenna from my old trailer to the new one and install a small outside access door for my amateur radio connections. Then they helped me find a dish receiver that would fit on the shelf. My old one was too deep. Next we determined an access door that would not be too big or small.

When I came to pick up the trailer all special requirements were installed perfectly. The total experience was pleasant and easy.

My 81 year old mother bought a new 2013 5th will and as others stated the sales person would say and promise anything to make the sale. We paid 55k cash and performed walk through and created a list of items to be fixed. We were provided a date that the RV would be ready for final walk through and purchase. When we showed up they were still cleaning and repairing items on the 5th wheel. Some items were not complete on the delivery date but they promised the items would be repaired in a timely manner, that was a year ago. The deliver and set up personnel could not back up RV or figure out how to level it, I had to back it up and assistance in the leveling! We have called and wasted time with these incompetent, lying morons and would not recommend them to our worst enemy!
