I like the steak and the buffet it taste so rich

First off let me start by telling you that I find it really dumb and aggravating that you charge $2.29 for a flipping drink. Also, Not to mention when a customer with a large group shows up and ask for a space big enough for 9 and get a respsonse of "you should of been here sooner" that's bullcrap. I DID NOT PAY a total of $84.90 to get dis respected like this I ask for a refund to go elsewhere and I hear "we don't do refunds" Ima tell you NOW THIS IS THE WORST EVER golden corral I been to. NEVER EVER again will I step foot into ANY golden corral and I will be posting several REVIEWS all over the web about this company. Next of all the next time ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES YELLS AND SNAPS AT MY 7 YEAR NIECE OR NEPHEW for dipping gummy worms into the chocolate fall that's BULLCRAP. Considering the fat chick ( LaShawnda) SAT THERE AND WATCHED A 19 YEAR OLD MAN DO IT AND NOT SAID A WORD. THATS BACKWARDS.. And After I bring it to the MANAGERS ATTENTION ( JUANITA) Which is a worthless waste of your revenue, she needs to get better customer service and next time she tells me im a LIAR that there is a sign posted what to use in fall and what not I DID CAPTURE A PICTURE ON MY PHONE AND IT BLUNTY SAYS..... "get a skewer and DIP YOUR FAVORITE ITEM" does not say NO GUMMY BEARS ALOUD.. this a total crap and no wonder why other people we walking out. And the final bad thing the sign still posted that you get free rolls with "2" adult purchases and that's bullcrap too they told us its NOT VALID at their location ok well WHY have the sign up than? why did we not get our rolls when we clearly paid for a total of 5 ADULTS and 2 KIDS TOTALLY RUDE AND LIARS. Ok so too the server ( TIFFANY) EXCELLENT!!! finally something to give praise about. meanwhile the MANAGER had OUR server running to the STORE for space heaters for the "PARTY ROOM" we had no server covering our section TERRIBLE MANAGING SKILLS.. But while tiffany was present EXCELLENT service. Thank you tiffany.

Great food, less than great ambiance and food layout. Great food makes up for lack of good atmosphere.
