This place is a disgrace. Have been going there for years and I've NEVER been MORE disappointed. The customer service is practically non-existent, they just stood there talking with other customers (just shooting the breeze, not even noticing that there were people waiting to get help).



Waited for around 10 minutes or so, then once there was a break in the conversation, I went up to one of the representatives, and asked for help.

Prices are way over priced

The woman whom i checked out with acted so very mean and unprofessional to me.

she was a black....she bascially made upset by acting like she didnt want to her job and looking down on me as if i were a peice of shi* i did call the main office.

they were rude as well,

all he could offer me is a 20 dollar gift card.



i declined and will NEVER go back.

its a shame because the black woman behind me in the checklane noticed the cashiers attitude towards me.

and i was in tears at how she was so rude the woman took this serioulsy and told the magnangers as well.
