Friendly people with a knowledgeable staff. They are thorough and will actually look at your vehicle while in for service. Sorry for they guy who needed brakes after 10k. buddy the other shop screwed you. If you needed brakes after 10k, NTB will warranty them 12k warranty. They have always given a report on condition of my vehicle which is worth the extra 20 min it may take to change oil...better yet they will give you an estimate and even fix it. No charge to install the tires and if they have a wait, then business is good and there is a reason they have cars to fix. (they might actually be good because people are there? strange concept i know.) If you want tires put on where your warranty is void because you didnt align a car or read the print on a receipt, go to discount tire, they are a one trick dog. Fast but that's about it...and good at getting out of their warranty. If there is a problem (which does happen anywhere) if will get handled at whatever level it takes. I'll wait the extra time for a quality service. NTB has always done me and my wife fairly. NTB Flower Mound is a very competitive and quality place to visit. Great hours too....7 days a week.
