        Notably good service experience

        I used Pro Care Collission after my last auto accident. My car was rear ended and needed a new back bumper. They were very friendly and easy to work with...they took care of getting me a loaner car with was a big help. They did take a long time to get my car back to me (over a month) and the paint is pealing a little bit on some of the edges of the new bumper - but I think that is pretty normal and to be expected.
