The customer service here is the WORST! There was this Optometrist man I had, he was rushing me through the eye examination as though my vision is not important and just want to quickly dismiss me. He DIDN'T even let me ASK QUESTIONS! I asked him how much does the eye examination and contact lenses cost, and he kept dismissing my answer by saying, "Don't talk to me, and don't ask me any questions." WTF I've never even met this man before! And so, I asked him how long he's been practicing, he then quickly dismisses my question saying "don't talk to me, I don't want to tell you my personal life," and THEN he ASKS ME IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? WTF?!! That optometrist is a stupid idiot, I have no idea how he graduated optometry school. He tells me NOT to TALK to him and ASKS me if I have any QUESTIONS to ask him. Then he tells me if I don't like it, just get out and leave. And so I did, I left the store and decided not to buy the contact lenses at all. The stupid optometrist disrespected me, was incredibly condescending, lacks social skills, treated me like I'm some trash that needs to be taken care of right away and thrown out in like 5 minutes and I have to pay them money for THIS CRAP?! Hell NO! Word of Advice, Please DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. They need to train their customer service better, especially with the Optometrist who needs more training. This man needs to work on his people skill. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Not coming back here again..
