Our Maltese was badly injured here with deep ulcerated corneas. We are not sure what happened to her as Nancy just made a lot of silly excuses when I called to ask why the dog was holding her eyes tightly shut when we picked her up. Over $400 later, our dog is slowly healing from her eye injury, Beware and very wary of this place. Nancy is very unprofessional and never called us to see how our dog was doing after her negligence and ill treatment of her.

Never take your dog there!! My Pom was scalpt and burned and cut I wish I could put pictures on here to show you!!! owner did not even seem like she cared only made excuses. There is NO excuse for it!!!

Took my dog there yesterday. When I picked her up, her underside looked red. Employee said she might have nicked a nipple and that the dog probably scratched herself and it would go away in ten minutes. Marks are from groin to under chin and still red today. Her behavior was restless at first then too quiet. I looked it up on google and discovered theyre clipper burns from dull or hot blades. I'll never go back. One star rating for cleanliness and friendliness.
