I chose Alliance van lines because of their reputation. The truth is that they were a bit more expensive than other companies, but I did not want to take the chance and get burned like I did the last time I moved. My move was for a three bedroom house. They did all the packing and packed very well. They showed up in a nice clean truck which made me feel even more comfortable. I received my load in about a week with no damage. My sales rep was very detailed and made sure things went well for me. I would use them again.

Moving out of state is not for the faint of heart. Never in my life did I have to hire a mover and learned quickly that the moving industry is full of scams and scoundrels. Alliance van lines was referred to me by several consumer websites that claimed they were the best. Alliance van lines was a bit pricey, but I would rather spend money on quality, especially for a move. I moved a long distance for a 3 bedroom home. Crew members were on-time, packed well, and did the needful to ensure a positive experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an out of state moving company.

I recently moved. I chose them based on their reputation. I liked the fact that my sales rep) was not pushy and listened to what I was telling him. I made the mistake of submitting my information on a website and must have received twenty calls from brokers and pushy people trying to get my money. Their team was on-time, performed well, and did everything they needed to do to make sure the job was done right. The crew that delivered was different, but they were also very professional. My experience was excellent, and I would use Alliance van lines and recommend them to anyone looking to move cross country.

They arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled move time. They got my belongings packed safely and into their truck quickly. What impressed me was their efficiency and "can do" attitude when we learned that the elevator in my new building was out of service. With a smile, they hauled ten or so boxes, an over sized recliner, a TV table, and a mattress to my new fourth-floor unit and still kept the total move time to 1.5 hours. Having never used a mover before and feeling awful about promising an elevator in my new building, I hope my tip was adequate! I will do everything to use these guys again and spread the word about this excellent service I received.

They are very professional, helpful and polite. If you are planning to move in or out, definitely go with Alliance van lines. There were no additional costs (besides tip but that was already disclosed ahead of time). Surprisingly quick move for the items I needed and would definitely use the service again for future needs.

I had a great experience with Alliance van lines. The price was definitely reasonable. I did all the packing myself. The movers were very friendly and professional. The only problem I had with them is that I found my dining room buffet damaged after my move. A chunk of wood came off my buffet. I emailed them about the damage and they were so kind to repay me a good amount for the damage. I would recommend this moving company to friends because the price was really good.

Great service from all the teams of Alliance van lines. We had our move in the middle of some really bad weather, but it never influenced the process. The management was perfect; guys from Alliance van lines were on top of everything. The team they sent showed up on time, carried out the move in the most professional and courteous manner. Their use of sustainable boxes is a bonus and saves the environment from wasteful cardboard. Can’t recommend them enough - stellar service and attitude.

It went well. They sealed stuff up in their own way to put it on the truck but we packed everything ourselves. They wrapped the furniture; they put it like blankets and disassembled it. There was a lamp that got a little bit damaged. I don't know if that was just because we packed and they taped up the box but it was nothing major. We actually added another piece so the price was a little bit more but it wasn't that much different.

So this move had a couple hiccups. But the way the company handled it was top notch. I will definitely use them again. We have a toddler, so we had to carefully coordinate babysitting and nap time around the move. The movers ended up coming late (one mover was sick and they needed a last-minute sub). We rolled with that, but it did throw off the childcare planning. Then their truck broke down! More bad luck. But the movers themselves were very friendly and professional, and when I told the company how the move went, the customer service team was awesome.

Alliance van lines made our move so easy and simple. The movers were early to arrive and fast to pack. Boxes and furniture were literally flying out. The whole pack and load process was done in a matter of hours. They packed everything very thoroughly so my valuables could survive the journey. They delivered my valuables in great condition the next day. I am just blown away by how good these movers really were.

This last move was our best move ever. The entire team from Alliance van lines was fantastic. From the first phone call to the office to the time the movers left, everyone was unbelievably helpful and great. The movers were fast, helpful, professional and good. Also, the price was very competitive. We moved 6 times in the past 7 years and this was really the best move ever- that really speaks volumes about these guys. When we move again -and we will - we will certainly hire this company again. In short, it was a very successful move and the movers and they helped us to make it as painless as a move can be. They had extra boxes when we needed some (without charging us) and were generally very helpful and amazing.

You will not mind paying Alliance van lines because they provide an excellent service. You will not be disappointed at all. They are very professional, efficient and caring. Excellent communication even in late hours! They are the solution for long distance moves. I hired them last month for my long distance move and it was great! There weren’t any damages, stress or extra fees! They are very punctual too! You will never need to wait for them, they will finish the job within the given time and they will deliver on time! They really are the best!

I have to express my happiness from their fast working and the even faster delivery. I paid probably the lowest price that I have paid so far (and this was my sixth move). And at the end all was there intact and no damages at all! My mom recommended Alliance van lines to me and we didn’t make a mistake when we decided to hire them.

At no stage of the move I had any doubts. The way their team went about the task and the way they managed to deal with the odds proved that they knew what they were doing. The guys were not in a hurry yet they successfully completed the move before the allotted time. I checked the inventory, nothing was missing or broken or damaged, no hidden cost and absolutely nothing which might have bothered us.

I have never heard of a moving company who quotes low in the first place and then the final bill turns out to be even lower. But that is how honest Alliance van lines was while moving us. I had other companies provide me quotes too but this quote was absolutely unbeatable. The movers were great. But then again, most movers are usually really good. These men knew how to do their jobs and they safely delivered everything to my new house. What really surprised me was the final bill. It was less than the initial quote. I believe it was because the movers worked faster than anticipated. I will absolutely recommend these guys to all.

I am so relieved! Now when I look back, all the past moving companies that I have used are horrible moving companies. Alliance van lines is the best moving company ever! They are caring, kind, professional and very efficient. Moving does not seem hard anymore! They were the ones who moved me last month and OMG it was the best move ever. I don’t think moving gets any easier when you have Alliance van lines taking care of you. I hired them while I was relocating last month. They quoted low and seemed friendly on the phone. The movers arrived on time. They packed up everything carefully and took great care of my furniture while loading them. The boxes were properly wrapped with tape. I have rarely seen such efficiency before. The delivery was made on time and everything went very smoothly. I still can’t believe there’s nothing that went wrong during this move.
