Rate and review needs to incorporate negative stars . Without going into details, the absolute worst customer and repair experience, that I've every encountered. I took Stuttgart Intl to court, prevailed, and a financial settlement was reached through mediation. There may be limited court records. I also contacted Porsche NA, I provided the full details of my Stuttgart Intl and court experience.

Porsche NA informed me of their actions, was apologetic and provided a conciliatory award.

DO NOT TRUST STUTTGART INTL WITH YOUR PORSCHE. They are dishonest, disrespectful and a disgrace to the brand. I'm shocked that they have any affiliation with Porsche NA.

CAUTION: DO NOT TAKE THESE NEGATIVES REVIEWS FOR GRANTED. I'VE READ THEM ALL AND FIND MOST REVIEWS COMPARABLE TO MY EXPERIENCE.

Overall

DO NOT take your valued Porsche to this shop. I live closer to Havana Cuba than Miami. When I was rear ended I wanted my car repaired by a Porsche Certified Shop. I had the car flat bedded nearly 200 miles to Stuttgart International. When the car was "complete" I paid to have the car shipped back to me. When my car arrived the rear spoiler was bent. Stuttgart claims it was not on the original estimate so they did not fix it. The insurance company claims that Stuttgart should have told them it needed to be fixed so they could have added it. The bottom line is I have to now pay over $1200 to ship my car round trip to a Porsche Certified Collision Center or take two days off work and rent a car to drive it up there because no one was smart enough to recognize that the spoiler was bent. I filed a complaint with Porsche because this is a "Porsche Certified" shop. Porsche was no help because Stuttgart claims they will fix it if I bring the car back to them. Long story short their mistake is costing me $$$$ and they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake.
