Phillips 66

On 2/7/10 at 3:45 PM we stopped at Phillips Fuel for Less filling station located at 1305 Main Street in Ft. Morgan, CO to refuel. While there, the two ladies in the car went inside to use the bathroom. The bathroom was very dirty and unkempt. The attendant, hearing me tell the other lady, who was waiting to enter the bathroom, that the bathroom was very dirty, commented to to me "if you think the bathroom is dirty, you can clean it yourself. I don't clean women's bathroom - all women are dirty - the men's bathroom is clean". It seems to me this person is not a particular asset to your company and should be replaced. In any circumstance, the restroom needs a thorough cleaning. There were no paper towels - the toliet paper roll was placed on the toliet tank, not in the holder and the hot water did not work. Sink nor toliet had been cleaned for a very long time. All in all, thoroughly disgusting.



Please advise me of your corrective action at kmfuller1@msn.com. I'm anxious to know if the situation had been remedied. I do travel on I-76 frequently, and will check out the bathroom situation before refueling.
