FIAT of Fort Myers

On Thursday 2/25/16 I purchased a Brand New 2015 Fiat 500 Pop. Driving home that night I noticed a rattle noise in the front driver side. Brought the car right back to dealer the next morning Friday 2/26/16. After sitting waiting for about 3 hours they told me they could not fix it Friday but should be ready on Monday or Tuesday. Called on Monday and they said would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday now. Called on Tuesday and they said would be ready on Friday. I should mention that the first time I called they said they had NO record of my car even being there. Called today and they said they have the dash off and "hope" to have it completed today.In the mean time I have been dealing with Fiat Corporation customer service on a daily basis and they have not been helpful at all as they also cannot get answers or get a hold of the dealership most of the time since this began. Also Finance Department lies to customers as well as flat out lies to the lenders!!!
