Arrogant, rude staff at the Fort PIerce location. I had an appointment to look at and test drive a 2015 vehicle. I made it very clear I was shopping around various dealerships, had a set monetary budget, and would not budge from it. My sales associate had coffee stains on his shirt (real professional, right?) After test drive I reiterated my offer, and he/his sales manager came out with an offer over $4k higher. Upon passing on the offer and asking for my vehicle's keys back, I was berated by the sales manager for refusing his "great deal", and that "I get what I pay for".....wtf??? Then the salesman asked me why I even bothered to come to his dealership, even though I stated my intentions clearly prior to even going there. Extremely unprofessional treatment, and I wouldn't give these tools the time of day if they called back and groveled. Arrigo Brothers....you'd better take a serious look at your arrogant staff and know that you lost a sale because of their poor attitudes.
