I have had local mechanic's rip me off ( I'm a old female), and I was treated with RESPECT..given SAME DAY SERVICE... and NOT ROBBED when I paid for the service!!
I will continue getting my car repaired at W&W's

Overall decent quote they give you on tire alignment...till his wife tacks in a $5.00 credit card fee, and lists it as shop parts on the receipt. Don't like surprise charges? Don't git er done here. Still beats most prices we called tho.

I received a recommendation from a good friend to this shop. Worked with Mark. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend.

When I have any major problem with any of my 3 vehicles, this is the only place I trust to do the work. They know more about vehicles than anyone I have ever met, especially the older ones. Their work is fast, honest and professional. While they used to call me when they discovered the problem and gave me an estimate of the repair costs, anymore I just tell them to do whatever is necessary without giving me a call. They have never disappointed or cheated me in any way. And I don't know where people get the idea that they are not friendly because my experience has always been that they are very friendly.



I repeat: when I have a major problem with any of my vehicles, this is the ONLY place I will trust to do the work.

This is one of the best auto shops I've ever used. They have always did what they said and charged exactly what they quoted. We use them on both of our vehicles. Great people!!!

I love this place, they are always nice and very understanding! They always tell you how things are and ARE NOT just after people's money. There have been a few times when I took my vehicle in and they noticed things that needed to be done soon, so they told me about them but also let me know they did not have to be done immediately! They keep in mind that some people may not have the money to fix everything right away. :)

I have used these guys for both my personal and commercial vehicles and they are always professional and very knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone. They will complete the work on time and are always very reasonable on their prices.

Mark and Tony have always seved me and my buisness with extreme perfessionalism and very good measure of integrity. I trusted them with the buisness and my personal vehicles. They are always polite with my wife when I can't make the contacts.

Happened to us too! Beware people! The guy who looks like Santa Claus is not a very nice guy, and gets in cursing fits when you question him.

I am glad I found these reviews, I was just about to use them. I could tell since I am a woman they figured I didnt know much about cars and I don't, but they made me feel like I had all kinds of problems with it. When I went in to ask, they wanted to know who referred me, no one did, I thought that was a bit odd. Thank you! :)

Do not use them! They charged me $322 more than they said. They get very smart with you, told me I should have held them to that price. That is what I tried to do but they wont. They should atleast told me before they did it it was going to be more. All they did was put in a clutch. There are much cheaper places in town that could have done it, but the price they quoted was about the same as everyone untill they charged me more. They dont deserve one star but you have to put one.

But what do you do they have your car!
