I visited trophy arts today to get a plaque engraved. I would like to say that the gentleman who took my order was incredibly rude and insulting. I simply asked how long it would take for the plaque to be engraved and had a question about getting another plaque made. Insted of nicely saying that it might not be done in time (which would have been fine) he basically told me that it is "embarrassing" to make such a request and walked away talking on the phone. I'm amazed someone could speak this way to customers and still be in business. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
