        3/15/16: Made appointment to get estimate, Michael took a look and said will send to insurance for approval and call me to schedule for time to fix car.

        4/20/16: Called to check up on the estimate, Michael was fired and Jim took over said will take good care of me. Will order my fenders now and call me when it arrives to schedule a time to bring my car in.

        5/5/16: Called to check if part arrived, Jim said it did and warehouse is prepping it. Said will call me back later to schedule a time for me to bring car in on 5/6/16. Never got a call.

        5/9/16: Called Jim and Jim pretend I called another Caliber Collision, forward the email he sent me as proof and repeated what he said to me on 5/5/16. He now say he never ordered the part back on 4/20/16 and turned around on me claiming I am bashing him so I need to go to another shop.

        This is very unprofessional from the start, wasted my time and money because I had arranged for a car this week so my car can get fixed.
