What a mess. I kept trying to explain to the adjuster here that the insurance company was asking me to get an estimate in addition to the one their own adjuster did, but he kept insisting that if the insurance company did their own estimate that I did not need an estimate from Bodyworks.



So I have to accept the estimate the insurance adjuster gave me? I can't find a second opinion? And you won't help me get a second estimate?



Me: But, I'm the customer, and I want an estimate. Can you give me one?



Him: No.



Me: Well, ok then...



He then told me to call the insurance company to straighten it out, and said, "Let me go get you my card," and then never came back.



(Believe me, I was as confused as you are. Don't businesses usually want to help customers?)

This body shop is the epitome of what customer service is! I worked with Oscar and he was so professional and informative. They not only gave me amazing customer service but they also helped in dealing with the complications of insurance company’s. The service they provided was not only great in customer care but also extremely quick. I have a minivan and two young children and driving around in a small rental car for a long period of time would have been extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient but they guys at Fountain Valley Body Works got my car done in an extremely timely manner. Also when I went to pick up my car Oscar went over with me everything that was done and patiently answered all my questions. The whole crew there was great.

I brought in my 2005 Nissan Altima for repairs to my front bumper, hood, and headlights. After reviewing all the estimates from other shops, I decided on Fountain valley bodyworks because of their attention to detail and ability to fix what other shops could not. I picked up my car and was amazed! The car looked like it just came off the lot! It was sparkling clean inside and out, and I couldn't even tell where the damage was! This was my first experience with a body shop and I see no reason to go anywhere else if I have to head to a body shop again.

Best customer Service! They did exactly what they said they would. They were very professional. They were fast and did a fantastic job on my car! They even picked me up when my car was ready! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. And the manager is very easy on the eyes :)
