Da VI Nails

Horrible experience! Kathy was my manicurist tried to talk to her got nothing.. Told her to not cut my nails I want them to grow. before I could stop her she cut them to the skin, Told her I needed the gel to be thick she refused. brought my own polish she refused to put it on said it was a ugly color! I went shopping afterwards my nails were snagging on the clothing. I looked closer I have them rounded they were sideways. an my finger was glued to the nail. I left went to another manicurist an had them repair my nails which cost me $20.00! will never step in that place again! very disappointed!
