Mr. Tire

Terrible experience! Using the store's web page, we selected tires. In addition, I needed an oil change and inspection. I had a coupon for a $10 oil change. I was told to arrive a little before 7:00am. By the time I left (nearly 11:00), the only thing that this store had done was the oil change. The tires were the wrong size and they did not do the inspection. To top it off, I was charged $27 for the oil change instead of $10. This store is awful. Do not waste your time or money here!

We took our van to have it looked at for general maintenance before we moved across country last May at Mr. Tire in Fredericksburg, VA and were told we needed the rear brakes done (pads and rotors). On the paperwork, it said lifetime warranty on the pads and a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all other work. Fast forward to May of this year when my van is jerky when I use my breaks and I am told at Firestone that both my front and my rear brakes need to be replace, again the pad and rotors. They also stated my rear brakes were worse than the front. I called Mr. Tire directly and was told it is just within the company and I could call customer service, but it had to be done at a Mr. Tire. I called them this morning and was told even though my husband was active duty Marines that they would not even offer us ANY sort of refund (even though I offered to send in a copy of our order s and the paper work from Firestone). This is really aggravating that we are being punished for being military and is simply unacceptable. DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO MR. TIRE!!!!! They obviously didn't fix my brakes correctly and now are not sticking by their warranty because we won't drive across country to get it fixed.
