Express Restoration

Don’t be fooled by Scott Muscarro’s fast talking fake pleasant demeanor. Scott will rip you off! Scott was given $2,100 by our home insurance company to do a simple dry wall job. As a contractor, he hired a subcontractor Andy to do the dry wall. After Andy was finished, Scott (Express restoration) refused to pay the sub contractor and refused to answer his phone calls. So the sub contractor came knocking on our door and the neighbors door and removed his work. Our walls are now bare!

Scott admitted that he has $500 of our money and as settlement, he was willing to return that to us. I would have been satisfied with that but now he refuses to return our money and refuses to answer our calls.

The work was done on my mom’s house and she is a widow. Shame on this man for taking advantage of a widow. Subcontractors should not be coming to our door or to our neighbors because the hired contractor refuses to pay them. Its been 9 months since we started working with Scott and the simple job is still not finished!

Express Restoration is incompetent in the area of contracting and is not an honorable company to hire.
