        NO MORE OF OUR BUSINESS OR REFERRALS! !!

        My husband has spent a lot of money at Wheel King in the past on tires. Even have referred people to go there. In fact, from our referral my mother purchased brand new tires/rims for her car. However today my husband goes in there for a simple patch to one of the tires that we purchased from them that my husband had already removed and the salesman wanted to charge him two and half times more than he ended up paying somewhere else! He said the salesman was rude and did not care that he decided to go elsewhere. That is no way to treat people in general even less known return customers. They will get NO MORE OF OUR MONEY or REFERRALS!

        I took my car in and asked them to rotate the tires and check the brakes. They wrote on my paper work that the brakes are good. I then had to go to dealership and they said I needed new brakes. I ended having to pay $270.00. If Wheel King had taken care of the problem, I would have only had to pay $169.00. I hold the mechanic responsible for not diagnosing the problem with my car. I will never take another vehicle into them. When it costs you more money for a second opinion, then it is not worth doing business with them. Management apologized by my pocket book and my trust took the biggest hit.
