Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Radge and his crew are wonderful and very accommodating. I usually rent from them on short notice and they always make it work. They are very nice andI always feel welcome and comfortable there. I actually schedule my rentals around their inventory. The office is clean, staff if always professional.

I reserved a vehicle a week in advance and when I went to pick it up, it was not there and I had wait on them to find one and make multiple trips and have someone pick me up each time for nothing. They did locate one but it was stressful and inconvenience for me.

My family reserved a 15 passenger for vacation and thought that they would call to comfirm all reservations a week before leaving. A call was placed to Enterprise to confirm a was told they did not have a van for us. We proceeded to give them our confirmation number, now they are saying it was a recall on the vans and they didn't have one for us. No one called to let us know. No one was interested in the problem this caused. This was the Fort Olgethorpe Ga. Location. Chad has such a bad attitude about it not having any empathy to the dilemma his company has put us in. Never will I put my trust in Enterprise. We cannot this late in the game find another 15 passenger to rent. Imagine if we didn't call to verify and just went to pick it up on our depature date.
