Best dollar general I've ever been in

I like the store, but the old lady in the cashier, she is always with a bad mood. She always seems annoyed by costumers, she doesn't welcome the costumers nor say good bye. She is not giving a good service.

Gross, dirty and disorganized! Poor Customer Service... cashiers and management are rude to clients. They don't let customers use the restroom, including small children, even if the customer is purchasing goods. This store needs customer service retraining!

I walked in, was not greeted at all. The place was cluttered, maybe shipment day? I'm not sure, it was my first time there. I found a basket full of stuff in the back of the store. There was a sign that said "last chance." Nothing was labelled so I grabbed a few things and planned to have the cashier price check them for me. As I wondered the store, I did find a few things for a great deal, but soon discovered that not all of the products were priced correctly. When I got to the cash register and something scanned for a different price, I told the cashier I did not want the item. The cashier was nice about it, but told me she had to get a manager to remove the item. The manager, Kathy came over with a slight irrated look. She said something along the lines of "We almost went through a shift without having to do this... but there's always someone that has to ruin it".... I thought it was absolutely rude she made this comment right in front of me. I was very polite, I didnt even respond to that comment. I just wanted Dollar General to know, customer service is very important. I actually liked the products that were offered and would have returned in the future, but because of the that comment I will not return to that store.
