Big Daddy Guns

Ordered a $700.00 Revolver A Smith and Wesson 686 + I bought it from them off of Gunbroker.com WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRAND NEW GUN, WAS THE OPPOSITE! My FFL is not only a gun smith but also a police chief in the local area. When I first saw it I said I know they test shot but look down the barrel there is rust and you can see it was certainly shot. But My FFL brought up the fact that if you look at where the bullets are loaded and shot out of, you can see a lot of carbon build up which is the real sign of usage. They of course denied it and their phone customer service is useless, if they even answer. Finally got their owner to answer an email after 4 emails and needless to say he was very unhelpful. Said I can return it knowing that I would be about a transfer fee which is $50.00 plus I'd have to ship it back pay for shipping and get docked a 15% restocking fee. So they know they have you and by your you know what.. Terrible people.
