Fiesta Cab

Company is a joke. I called cause I needed a ride to the hospital and they never showed up. After waiting an hour, I called and they told me they were entering my apartment complex and to wait outside. I stood out for 2 hours with no site of them anywhere. After waiting for 3 hours, I called another taxi company who showed up 8 minutes later. This was the first time and is definitely my last time

This is the second day in a row where I've called and have had to wait almost an hour for my taxi to get here. I don't know what happened I use this service almost every day but lately no matter how early o call thanks to the drivers I'm late for work.. I don't know how they expect to get payed in full when I'm not getting payed in full...

Very unprofessional! Called the cab when I was stranded at a mall late in night. The driver came after 45 minutes. Once he understood that we are stranded, they made the rate that they discussed for the cab to be the rate per person....and that was huge. On attempts of negotiation, they threatened and then literally left us in the parking lot.Very misbehaving people.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Called this place and they got a guy to me really quickly to take me home to grab my spare and take me back. My cab driver was very friendly and waited until after I had started my car to leave. The cab was clean and well taken care of. Should I ever need a cab service again I will definitely use them.

All I did was ask for a rate and they hung up on me. I mean really!?
