i purchased used vehicle from a bad dealership and 2 months after purchasing my engine blew up. I took my car in and they took care of me and had the best communication and service I have ever had. Ramsey is the person that I dealt with but everyone in the shop was exceptionally nice and very informative. They take pride in what they do and do it in a timely fashion. BEWARE and be afraid.very afraid

As a woman it is very important to know you have a mechanic you can trust. I have been very pleased with Advance Auto. They could have tried to sell me a compressor for my air conditioning but advised me to just charge it every year as the leak was a slow leak. They have certified mechancs who have to pass a test every year to remain certified. They have been kind and honest, and have even driven me home at times when I had to leave my car.

I have nothing but good things to say about them.
