They used a life gate truck which greatly prolonged our move, it was also profusely leaking hydraulic fluid. One of the gentlemen who moved us either had a cold or severe allergies and walked around all day with dirty tissues, at one point he'd plugged his nose with tissue and was walking around that way...couldn't help but be grossed out that he touched all our belongings with hands that were no doubt soaked in snot from all the drainage. Last night I received 2 calls at 2:30am from the phone number I was given for this company. I was woken up by the first one and ignored it, answered the second one and could barely make out what a man was mumbling over the sound of music blaring. Very unhappy. We went 2 hours over on our move and had to pay extra. I would not use or recommend again.

Terrible Service! 2 hours late, unprofessional, a drive that normally takes 15 minutes took 40 because they showed up in a beat down Uhaul that was way past its prime; went 2 hours OVER moving estimate! Cost way to much for too little. My brother and boyfriend had to help to keep process moving in a timely manner (5 hours total for a 2B/2B!!!)

Just terrible!
