Horrible customer service when it comes to the service department. You wait for hours to get an oil change and never get your car washed or vacuumed out when asked. Walmart service center takes better care of their customers.

My battery died, I dropped the vehicle off to be serviced when it was about closing time @9pm on 9/4/15. I placed bags over the windows and taped them up since I could not roll them up to protect from the rain.



I went to pick up my vehicle on 9/11/15 and noticed that my vehicle was broken into while in the care of the service department. My service rep (Liz) had already left so I contacted the the rep directly behind her desk (unknown w/m) he explained to me that since my windows were not able to be rolled up and I dropped it off at night someone probably broke into it that night. Nice try! I came back the next day around 2-3pm to pick up a loaner and everything was still intact when I went to get some property and my insurance out of my vehicle. Then he stated “well we had your vehicle secured in the back”.



My vehicle was completely trashed and rummaged through with various property missing.



They told me to speak to the service director Malcolm who was not at all helpful. When I asked if he would look into the matter (look at camera footage, investigate who worked on the vehicle and who pulled it into the garage) he was very annoyed. I asked him if they planned on making a police report and he told me that they couldn’t cause my vehicle was no longer there. I informed him that my vehicle does not need to be there and that they could report it to the front desk of the police department but he refused.



I then asked would there be any internal report made and he again said no.



To me this made it clear that he could care less about finding out who did this, or when it happened. I’m not saying this was an inside job but when you don’t even acknowledge that you will put forth an ounce of effort into helping then it seems suspicious or just horrible customer service.



At the very least “Malcolm” could've made a telephone report to the Police so that they are made aware of cars being broken into at their dealership. None of this was his concern.



When I realized he didn’t care I asked to speak to someone higher up he stated that he was the head man. That is comforting.....



He also refused to give his last name. I hope he is the only Malcolm that works there.



I pushed harder to get him to look into the situation and he stated “I’m about tired of talking to you”.



Beware of what you leave in your car. If it is broken into they will not care and they will not help.

This is the third time that i used your dealership service department. The only reason that i keep coming back is because it is close to my house and i can at least get a ride home and work from home. However, it is the same situation every time and may i also mention how I haven't heard any response from any of these post visit surveys. First scheduling an appointment is useless. I schedule online and never get a call back from anyone. So i have to make 7 to 8 calls to speak with someone to schedule an appointment. When i get there my information isn't in the computer so i have to start from scratch. Even had a guy laugh about how he never puts in the appointments. The ride home and pickup service is the only good thing I can say about the service department. After I leave my car at 7:30 a.m. I don't get a call back all day long (8 hours). I have to call and leave voice mails and have people paged to get an update after 8 to 10 hours of my car being there. And when I do finally get to talk to someone, they make me feel as if I'm bothering them for having them paged. In my last encounter, I dropped my car off on Saturday morning and didn't get my car back until Tuesday. Only needed to replace a window motor and speed sensor. And when I called to get an update the guy who was suppose to call be back Monday afternoon in an hour didn't call back at all. I called back 5 hours later and he went home for the day. I won't even complain about the number of hours that they charged for labor. Parts are slightly over priced but that is normal dealership mark ups. So anyway I'll keep coming back for the rude service, but at least I can get a ride home and still be productive on the job.

Please be aware that this loca...

Please be aware that this location sells cars that have been previously wrecked but tells the consumer that the car is clean and free from accidents. Manufacturers warranty will not cover problems associated with this accident. Jupiter Chevrolet has offered NOTHING to help with ths situation. Consumer was told the car had to be taken back to the shop that repaired it originally after the wreck to rectify any mechanical issues. That shop is OUT OF STATE!

Where do I start... BUYER BEWARE! Service is horrible. My car was in their shop for 7 days. I paid nearly $3000 in repairs. When I picked up my car, it started cutting out almost immediately. I called the service center and was told to bring it back in. When I did, the Service Manager told me that it was my fault the car was cutting out. I have had two different mechanics look at the issue, and based on the type of work that was done on the original repair, they should have replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires as part of the original repair. Had they properly test drove the car after the repair, they would have caught the issue and I would not have been on foot an additional two days.

One one final note, in a period of 9 days, they had three different Service Advisers oversee the repairs on my car. The first two either quite or was fired. Staff turnover that high is a sign that something is not quite right with your organization.

i was in there dec 9 2009 i purchased a 2008 chevrolet truck i went into financeing with raul signed the contract took the truck home with me ok then i hade sold my old truck too family member my work truck they refinanced it ok i hade there truck from jupiter chevrolet for a week i get a call dec 15 2009 too return my truck too them as finance did not go through wow i sold my truck know i have no truck i took there truck back when i got there i asked for my down payment back they told me it would take all day i got my down back but they shopped my credit around 15 different banks i wouldnt buy from them if they give you the keyes bread the contract in disclouseres they have it in little words saying if it dont go through you must return it so ask them before you leave with it the contract dont mean nothing does it
